Become a reseller

A reseller buys at the rates on this site and sells to their own customers at their own prices. Plenty of Hourden's volume already works this way. This page is about what that involves, including the parts that are work rather than margin.

What reselling actually is

You keep a balance here, you place orders here, and your customers never see this site. The difference between what you charge and what the package costs is your margin. There is no application and no separate account type - every account can do this from the first order.

Where the margin comes from

Our rates are per 1,000 units and are the same for everyone. You set yours. Most resellers price on convenience and support rather than on undercutting - a customer who wants the cheapest possible rate will eventually find a panel, and a customer who wants somebody to answer questions will not.

What you take on

Your customers' questions, your own refund decisions, and the judgement about which package suits which request. When an order underdelivers, your customer asks you, not us - and your remedy is the same refill and partial-refund mechanism that is described in the refund and refill policy.

Reading packages like a reseller

The cheap tier and the expensive tier on the same service are different supply, not a discount. If you sell the cheap tier as though it were the expensive one, the drop-off lands on you. Quote the start time, speed and refill window that the package you are actually buying prints, not the best one on the list.

Balance and cash flow

Because Hourden is prepaid, you fund the balance before your customer's money arrives, unless you collect first. Resellers who run into trouble almost always run into this one: an order placed on credit you do not have yet. Collect first, then order.

What is not allowed

Presenting Hourden's guarantees as stronger than they are, claiming delivery windows we do not publish, or promising outcomes - reach, revenue, monetisation - that no engagement service can deliver. We do not police your pricing. We do care what is promised in our name.
