Pending means the order is recorded and waiting on supply. Each package prints its own start time - a package that says 0-1h has not gone wrong until that hour has passed. If an order sits well past its stated start time, it is worth reporting from the order history, where the order number and the exact package are already attached.

The most common cause is a destination that was not public when the order ran, followed by a link that points at the wrong kind of object - a profile where the package wanted a post, or the other way round. An order that cannot be delivered is cancelled and the amount goes back to your balance.

Tell us before the order starts running and we can cancel it. Once delivery has begun against a destination it cannot be redirected - the units are already somewhere. This is the one mistake on the screen that cannot be undone afterwards, which is why the order summary shows the destination back to you before you commit.

Some drop-off is normal on every platform, because platforms remove accounts continuously. That is what the refill window is for: inside it, a package with a refill covers the difference. Outside it, or on a package without one, it is not covered - and the package says which it is before you buy.

A crypto deposit is credited when the network confirms it, which depends on the coin and on network congestion, not on us. If the transaction shows as confirmed on the blockchain and the balance is still not on your dashboard, that is worth reporting with the transaction id - the dashboard balance and the order history are the source of truth for what we have recorded.

Four numbers matter. The rate is per 1,000 units, so an order of 250 costs a quarter of it. The minimum and maximum bound what a single order can be. The start time is how long until the first unit. The speed is roughly the daily pace after that. A refill number, when present, is how many days the drop-off guarantee lasts.
