Refund and Refill Policy
Last updated: [DATA]
Two promises run on this site, and knowing how they stack is the whole point of this page. Every order carries the delivery guarantee: it arrives in full, or the part that did not arrive goes back to your balance. Services that show the 30-day refill badge carry replacement on top of that, for a drop in the 30 days after the order completes. Refill is the addition, never a substitute, and nothing is covered by refill just because something else on the site is.
Which guarantee covers your order
Look at the service you bought, not at the site. Every service here is covered by the delivery guarantee. A service that also shows the 30-day refill badge carries refill on top of it; a service without the badge carries the delivery guarantee and nothing beyond it. The badge is per service, and it appears only where the supplier behind that service actually backs replacement. For most view, comment and impression metrics no supplier in the market offers refill, so the badge is absent there on purpose. If a page anywhere on this site suggests refill on a service whose listing does not carry the badge, the listing is what counts and the page is an error worth reporting.
What the 30-day refill guarantee covers
On a badged service, the count is expected to hold for 30 days after the order is marked complete. If it falls below the level the finished order reached, the missing units are replaced. Refill is replacement in units, not money: the shortfall is topped back up, the order stays closed and nothing is credited to your balance for it. That is the remedy for a drop after the order completed. An order that never delivered the quantity you paid for in the first place is an incomplete delivery, not a drop, and it is credited to your balance under the delivery guarantee like any other. The window is 30 days from the completion timestamp on the order, and it does not restart because a refill was run. Drops that happen after the thirtieth day are outside the guarantee, whatever caused them.
What the delivery guarantee covers
This one covers every service here, badge or no badge: the quantity you ordered arrives in full, or the part that did not arrive comes back to your balance at the price you paid for it. That promise ends when delivery completes. It says nothing about what happens to the count afterwards. That is what the refill badge is for, and on a service without the badge nobody in this market can honestly promise it, so it is not promised here. Promising it anyway is how panels end up arguing with their customers instead of paying them.
What counts as incomplete delivery
An order is incomplete when the increase counted on the destination is smaller than the quantity ordered, measured from the start count recorded when the order was placed and read against the public count on the same link. An order that is marked complete but moved the count by less than it should is incomplete. An order that never starts at all, and cannot be started, is incomplete for its entire quantity. The undelivered portion is what gets credited: if 700 of 1,000 arrive, 300 come back to your balance at the rate you paid, and the 700 stand.
How money comes back
A refund on this site is a credit to your account balance, in US dollars, at the price you paid for the order. It is not a transfer back to a wallet. Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible once broadcast: no one at Hourden, and no one at the payment processor, can reverse a confirmed transaction or claw one back, and that is a property of the payment network rather than a policy choice. There is no chargeback mechanism in crypto either, in either direction. Credited balance behaves like any other balance here, so you can spend it on any service in the catalog, in as many orders as you want. It cannot be withdrawn as cash or converted back to crypto. Deposit with that in mind: fund the account with what you intend to spend here.
What voids the guarantee
Both guarantees, refill and delivery, are void if the destination stops being reachable or stops being the destination you paid for. That means: the profile was switched to private at any point during delivery or during a refill window; the @handle was changed, which breaks the link the supplier was given; the post, video or content was deleted, hidden, archived or restricted. It also means a link that was wrong when you submitted it, or that pointed at a destination other than the one you meant. In each of these cases the order cannot be measured or completed, and no credit or refill is due. If you need to change a handle or take content down, wait until the order is complete, and on a badged service understand that doing so ends the refill coverage for it.
What is not refundable
A delivered order is not refundable because you changed your mind about it, ordered the wrong quantity, or ordered on the wrong service when the link and the delivery were both correct. Results are not refundable: engagement rate, follow-backs, sales, reach, monetization and how a platform ranks or treats your account are outside what any panel controls and outside this policy. Action taken by a platform against your account is not a refund event. Duplicate orders you placed yourself on the same link are two orders, and both deliver.
Orders that are still pending
A deposit and any order funded by it stay pending until the payment processor's webhook confirms the transaction on-chain. Returning to the site from your wallet does not confirm it, so do not send a second transaction because the screen still says pending. If the confirmation has not arrived after the network has clearly settled, open a claim with the transaction hash and it will be traced. An order that has not yet been sent to the supplier can be canceled and credited back in full; once it has been sent, it runs to completion and this policy governs the outcome.
How to open a claim, and by when
Open the claim from the order in your history, or write from the email address on the account, and include the order ID, the link, the quantity ordered and what the count reads now. The order ID matters more than the description, because the start count and the completion timestamp are attached to it. For a badged service, a refill claim has to be opened inside the 30-day window. For an incomplete delivery, open the claim within [CLAIM_WINDOW] of the order being marked complete, while the count is still verifiable against the delivery. Claims filed knowing the count was reduced by a private profile, a changed handle or deleted content are an abuse of this process and are grounds for closing the account.
What happens after you file
A refill claim goes to the supplier behind that service, and the replacement runs on the supplier's queue. A delivery claim is checked against the start count on the order and the current public count on the link, and the undelivered portion is credited to your balance. You get an answer by email either way, at the address on the account. If a claim is refused, the answer says which rule it was refused under, so you can check it against this page.
