This policy covers hourden.com and the panel behind it. It is written to be read, not filed: what gets collected, why, who it reaches, how long it stays and what you can ask for. The short version is that Hourden collects very little, because the service is built so that it does not need much.

What Hourden collects

Account data: the email address you sign up with, the password you set for this site, which is stored only as a hash and cannot be read back by anyone here, and the date the account was created. Order data: the public link or @handle you submit, the service and quantity you chose, the price charged, the start count recorded at the time of the order, and the status history of that order. Payment data: the cryptocurrency you paid with, the network, the wallet address the payment came from or was sent to, the transaction hash, the amount, and the confirmation the payment processor returns. Usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, timestamps and sign-in activity. Support data: whatever you write in a message to support, including anything you choose to attach.

What Hourden does not collect

Hourden does not collect the password of your social account, a two-factor or verification code, an access token or connected-app permission for any platform, an ID document, a selfie, a card number or bank details. It never asks for them, and the service is designed so that it never needs to: delivery reaches public content from the outside. There is nothing of that kind in the system to lose, sell or hand over, which is the strongest privacy statement on this page.

Why each piece is used

The email address identifies the account, sends order notices and password resets, and is the channel for any claim you open. The public link and quantity are the order itself, and they go to the supplier that fulfills it. Payment data confirms that a deposit arrived on-chain and credits the correct balance. Usage data keeps the account secure, detects abuse and fraudulent funding, and shows what is broken when something breaks. Support messages are used to answer support messages. None of this is used to build an advertising profile of you, and none of it is sold.

The legal basis

Where data protection law asks for a legal basis, Hourden relies on performance of a contract for everything needed to run your account and deliver your orders, on legitimate interest for security, fraud prevention and keeping the service working, on legal obligation for financial and tax records, and on your consent for anything optional, such as a non-essential cookie. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was lawful before you withdrew it.

Who it is shared with

Delivery suppliers receive the public link or @handle and the quantity, because that is the order. They do not receive your email address, your payment details or your account history. The cryptocurrency payment processor receives what it needs to generate a deposit address and confirm the transaction, and it returns the confirmation to Hourden. Infrastructure providers that host the site, store its data and send transactional email process data on Hourden's instructions and for no purpose of their own. Beyond those, data is disclosed only when a valid legal request requires it, or if the service is transferred to another operator, in which case this policy travels with it. Hourden does not sell personal data and does not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Where the data goes

Hourden operates internationally, and its suppliers, processors and infrastructure providers are located in several countries. Submitting an order or a deposit means that data is processed outside the country you are in. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, Hourden uses standard contractual protections with the providers involved.

Blockchain data is public and permanent

A cryptocurrency payment is recorded on a public ledger that Hourden neither controls nor can edit. The sending address, the amount and the timestamp are visible to anyone, permanently, whatever this policy says. That is a property of the payment method, not a Hourden setting. If that matters to you, take it into account when deciding which wallet to fund the account from.

How long it is kept

Account and order data is kept while the account exists. After an account is closed, records of transactions and orders are kept only as long as needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and the defense of claims, and then removed. Usage logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded or aggregated so that they no longer identify anyone. Support messages are kept as long as they are useful for handling the issue and for any dispute that follows from it. On-chain records cannot be deleted by anyone, as explained above.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask for a portable export, object to or ask to restrict certain processing, and withdraw any consent you gave. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live. Requests are answered within the period the applicable law sets. Deletion is honored except where a record has to be kept for a legal or accounting obligation, and if that applies to part of your request, you will be told which part and why.

How to make a request, and how identity is checked

Write to [CONTACT_EMAIL] from the email address on the account. That email, plus details only the account holder would have, such as a recent order ID, is how identity is confirmed. You will never be asked for an ID document or a selfie to exercise a right here, because Hourden does not hold those and does not want to.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in, keep the session secure and remember what you are doing between pages. The site cannot work without them, and the session cookie is set as soon as you start using the site, before any sign-in. Any non-essential cookie, including measurement of how the site is used, is set only if you accept it, and you can change your mind later. Your browser can block or clear cookies at any time; blocking the essential ones will sign you out.

Security

Access to production data is restricted to the people who operate the service, connections to the site are encrypted, and payment confirmation runs through the processor's webhook rather than anything a browser can forge. No system is beyond compromise, and any claim otherwise on a page like this is marketing. The structural protection here is simpler than a security promise: the credentials of your social accounts are not in this system, because they were never requested.

Age

Hourden is for adults. The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and accounts are not knowingly created for them. If an account turns out to belong to a minor, it is closed and its data removed.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. A change that materially affects how your data is handled is announced by email to the address on the account before it takes effect.
