Guarantee and refill

Every order is delivered in full or refunded. Services marked with the refill badge are also covered for 30 days. That split is deliberate and it is the reason the badge means anything: refill only appears where a supplier genuinely backs it, and on everything else the promise is the full count or the money back in your balance. Before you buy, you probably want to know

I have never paid with crypto. How does that work?

You buy USDT on any exchange or app that sells it, send it to the deposit address shown in your panel, and the dollar balance appears once the transfer confirms. Check the start time printed on the service you picked, because it varies from instant to several hours depending on the supplier. Then check the order page, which shows the count from the moment the order started, not your own memory of it. If the order is still at zero well past the stated window, it will refund itself rather than sit there.

I set the profile to private after ordering.

Delivery stops, because the supplier is working from outside and a private profile is closed to outsiders. Set it back to public and the remaining units resume. If the order times out while the profile is still closed, the undelivered portion is refunded, but nobody can recover the time.
