Terms of Service
Last updated: [DATA]
These terms are the agreement between you and Hourden. They apply the moment you create an account, add balance or place an order. Read the Refund and Refill Policy alongside them, because that document decides what happens when an order does not land the way it should.
What Hourden is
Hourden is a panel that sells social media engagement services: followers, likes, views, subscribers and similar metrics, delivered to public content on third-party platforms. You add balance in cryptocurrency, the balance is held in US dollars, and you spend it on individual orders. That is the whole model. Hourden is not a marketing agency, does not manage your accounts and does not log into them. Delivery happens from the outside, against the public link you submit, which is why nothing here ever requires access to the account being promoted.
What Hourden is not
Hourden is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or reviewed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram, Spotify, Twitch, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, Kick or any other platform named anywhere on this site. Those names appear only to identify where a service is delivered, and they belong to their owners. No platform is a party to this agreement. Your use of any platform is governed by that platform's own terms, which are strictly between you and that platform. Hourden does not represent that an order placed here complies with them, and cannot act for you in any dispute with them.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 to use Hourden. You need a working email address, and it has to stay working, because it is how account recovery, order notices and any claim you open are handled. Keep your login details to yourself; anything done from a signed-in session counts as done by you, so tell support immediately if you think someone else is in the account. The password you create belongs to Hourden and nowhere else. Never reuse the password of a social account here, and never give it to anyone claiming to work here.
Balance, deposits and currency
Payment is in cryptocurrency only: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and LTC. USDT on TRC20 is the default network and the one to use unless you have a reason not to. The minimum deposit is $10. For BTC the minimum is $20, because the network fee makes anything smaller impractical. Every price on this site is in US dollars, and a confirmed deposit becomes a US dollar balance on your account. A price may also be shown converted into another currency for convenience; that figure is indicative, and the amount charged is always the US dollar one shown beside it. That balance is store credit. You can spend it across as many orders as you like, on any service in the catalog, until it runs out. It is not a deposit account, it earns nothing, and it cannot be withdrawn as cash or sent back to a wallet. Cryptocurrency transactions are final once broadcast, and no one at Hourden can reverse one.
When a payment is actually confirmed
A deposit stays pending until the payment processor's webhook confirms the transaction on-chain. Coming back to the site from your wallet does not confirm it. Neither does a screenshot or a transaction hash pasted into a message, and neither does the order screen looking finished. That webhook is the only thing that moves a deposit, and any order funded by it, out of pending. Do not send a second transaction because the first has not appeared yet; wait for confirmation, and contact support with the transaction hash if it does not arrive.
Placing an order
You supply two things: the public link or @handle of the destination, and the quantity. Nothing else is needed, and nothing else is asked. The destination has to be public when you order and stay public while delivery runs, because a private profile receives nothing and an order against one cannot be completed. Check the link before you submit it. An order sent to the wrong destination gets delivered to that destination and cannot be recalled. By submitting a link you confirm that you own it or are authorized to promote it. Delivery pace is labeled on each service as Slow, Standard, Fast or High Quality, and the start time shown on the service is an estimate given by the supplier, not a deadline Hourden can enforce on your behalf.
What Hourden never asks you for
Hourden never asks for the password of your social account, a two-factor or verification code, login through a social network, an ID document, a selfie, or card and bank details. It does not need them, and the service is built so that it never will: delivery reaches public content from the outside. Treat any message that asks you for one of these in Hourden's name as a message that did not come from Hourden.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for whatever sits behind the link you submit, and for the effect of the order you place on it. You may not use Hourden to promote content that is illegal where it is published, sexual content involving minors, content that incites violence or terrorism, fraud, phishing or malware, or impersonation intended to deceive. You may not use it to harass, target or pile onto a specific person. You may not order against a link you have no right to promote. You may not fund an account with cryptocurrency that is not yours, exploit a bug to obtain balance you did not pay for, resell access to your account, or file claims you know to be false. Breaking any of this is a breach of this agreement, not a gray area.
Suspension and closure
Hourden may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, submits illegal content, funds the account fraudulently or abuses the claim process. Suspension stops new orders from being placed. A paid order that has not yet been sent to the supplier is canceled and credited back to the balance at the price you paid; one already sent runs to completion and is settled under the Refund and Refill Policy like any other. Whatever balance remains stays on the account and can be spent if the account is reinstated; as with every balance here, it is not withdrawable as cash under any circumstance. You can close your own account at any time by asking from the email address on file.
No guarantee of results
Hourden guarantees delivery on every order, and refill on the services that carry the 30-day refill badge, on the exact terms written in the Refund and Refill Policy. It guarantees nothing downstream of delivery. It does not promise engagement rate, reach, follow-backs, sales, monetization, search or feed ranking, or any particular treatment of your account by a platform. Platforms audit and adjust counts on their own schedule and without notice, and no panel anywhere controls that. If a page on this site ever reads like a promise about results, this section is what governs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Hourden's total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, returned to your account balance. Hourden is not liable for lost profit, lost data, reputational harm, action taken by a platform against your account, or losses that follow from a wrong link, a profile that was made private, or content you deleted. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your responsibility for claims
If someone brings a claim against Hourden because of the content behind a link you submitted, because you had no right to promote it, or because you broke the acceptable use rules above, you cover the cost of dealing with that claim, including reasonable legal fees. This survives the closing of your account.
Changes to the service and to these terms
Prices, packages, speed tiers and the catalog itself change as suppliers change. A change never alters an order already placed: what you were charged at the moment of ordering is what that order costs. These terms can also change, and when they do the date at the top of this page changes with them. Placing an order after that date means you accept the current version. If you do not accept it, stop placing orders.
Governing law and venue
This agreement is governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, contact support and give Hourden a fair chance to resolve the issue, since most disputes here are a delivery question with a documented answer. Anything that cannot be settled that way goes to the courts of [JURISDICTION].
Contact
Questions about these terms go to [CONTACT_EMAIL]. For anything about a specific order, write from the email address on the account and include the order ID, which is faster than describing the order in words.
