Which of the three you actually want
The three pages below are not tiers of the same product, and picking the wrong one is the most common mistake here.
**By referrer** is the one most people mean. You choose the source your analytics will record - Google Search, Facebook, Reddit and seventeen more - and the visits arrive attributed to it.
**By country** changes where the session comes from rather than what referred it. Nineteen countries plus a worldwide row, same rates.
**Adult traffic** is a different mechanism entirely: the visit is opened by an ad network rather than by somebody who went looking for your page. It is the cheapest per thousand and the least like a reader, and the page says so in the second paragraph.
None of the three carries a refill, and that is not an omission. A follower count can drop and be topped back up; a visit is consumed the moment it happens.
