Instagram Fonts Generator
Type your text once and copy it in 27 styles - bold, script, gothic, bubbles, small caps, upside down and more. It is plain Unicode, so it pastes into an Instagram bio, name or caption, a TikTok bio or comment, and most other apps.
Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent or stored.
How to use it
Type in the box, pick a style you like and press Copy. Then open Instagram, go to Edit profile and paste into Name or Bio - or paste into a caption or comment.
Not every style is a separate "font". They are letters from other Unicode blocks (the mathematical alphabets, enclosed letters, small capitals) that happen to look styled. That is why they survive copy and paste, and why some characters - mostly numbers and punctuation - stay plain in a few styles.
Where each style works
Bio, captions and comments: every style here works on Instagram and TikTok.
Your Instagram name (the bold line above the bio): styled letters work, but keep it readable - the name is searchable, and people searching for you type plain letters.
Your @username: no styles at all. Usernames accept only letters, numbers, periods and underscores, so none of these characters will be accepted there.
Use it sparingly
Screen readers read many of these characters one by one, or as math symbols - "mathematical bold capital H" - which makes a whole bio in a fancy style hard to follow for blind and low-vision visitors. Use a style for one word or a short line, and keep the rest in normal text.
Search inside Instagram also treats styled letters as different characters, so a caption written entirely in a fancy style is harder to find by keyword.
Making the profile look good is step one. If the follower count is what holds people back from following, you can buy Instagram followers with only your public @ - or start with a free trial first.
Questions people ask
How do I change the font on my Instagram bio?
Instagram has no font setting. Type your text here, copy a style, and paste it into Edit profile → Bio. The styled look comes from the characters themselves, so it shows the same for everyone.
Why do some letters or numbers stay normal?
A few Unicode alphabets have no digits or no lowercase set, so those characters fall back to plain text. Bold, sans, double-struck and monospace include numbers.
Can I use these fonts in my Instagram username?
No. Usernames only accept letters, numbers, periods and underscores. The display name and bio accept styled characters.
Do these fonts work on TikTok?
Yes, in bios, captions and comments. TikTok usernames have the same restriction as Instagram, so keep the @ plain.
Is this font generator free?
Yes. It runs entirely in your browser, needs no sign-up, and nothing you type leaves your device.
